The identity is designed to communicate the quality of life in Balsfjord — making places, activities, and local service providers more visible and accessible, while contributing to increased activity and engagement in the region.
By combining authentic photography with custom illustrations, icons, and a vibrant color palette, the visual identity supports the platform’s purpose: meeting the real needs of a rural community in Northern Norway, with clarity, warmth, and energy.
